As a specialized hobby and trading card vendor, our liability is limited by the unique nature of the collectible marketplace:
  • Market Price Fluctuations: Trading card values change rapidly based on active secondary market trends. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order arising from severe, inadvertent inventory sync errors or pricing typos.
  • Condition Disclaimers: Raw single cards are graded conscientiously based on standard industry guidelines (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played). Because card grading is inherently subjective, condition assessments do not constitute a binding legal guarantee of specific third-party professional grading outcomes (such as PSA, Beckett, or CGC).
  • Technical Errors: We are not legally liable for system downtime, data transmission failures, or automated stock updates managed through third-party platforms like Shopify or TCGplayer.
4. Third-Party Marketplace Linkage
We cross-list inventory and manage customer relationships across distinct storefronts. Transactions initiated via our TCG FujiCobra storefront on TCGplayer are subject to TCGplayer’s overarching platform terms and must be resolved through their native communication portal. Transactions completed directly on the Fuji's Tavern and Treasures website are governed by our independent checkout and processing guidelines.

This Legal Notice, the Terms of Service, and any separate transaction agreements shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
